**_Location: Norwalk, CA On-site | Full-time_** **_Pay Rate: $34/hour_** We're looking for a **Rental Manager** to lead and support our Rental Department operations. This includes managing office and yard staff, working with customers, supporting sales, and ensuring smooth rental and fuel operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with leadership experience in a warehouse, rental, or service environment who enjoys a fast-paced, team-focused atmosphere. **What You'll Do:** + Lead and support the rental office and yard team + Provide top-notch customer service and build long-term client relationships + Help set and track team goals and performance + Ensure accurate pricing, billing, and rental tracking + Oversee equipment rentals, returns, and fuel/ticket reporting + Keep the rental yard organized, clean, and safe + Handle basic reporting and work with sales and management on rates and customer accounts **What We're Looking For:** + Prior experience in rental, service, or operations management + Comfortable leading a team and supporting team development + Strong attention to detail and follow-through + Great communication skills - with both customers and team members + Able to prioritize tasks and solve problems quickly + Forklift experience or knowledge is a plus, but not required **Why Join Us?** + $34/hour starting pay + Positive, supportive team environment + Opportunity to grow and lead + Work that's dynamic and rewarding - no two days are the same! **Interested?
