Job Description

We're looking for multiple Remote Customer Service Representatives to join a dedicated team supporting TRICARE beneficiaries. If you have a passion for providing outstanding customer service and a desire to assist our military community, this role is for you!

What You'll Do

Respond to inquiries from TRICARE beneficiaries and providers via phone, chat, email, and other written communication.

Provide accurate information about enrollment, claims, referrals, authorizations, and appointments.

Take ownership of customer issues and provide timely resolutions using sound judgment and available resources.

Maintain professionalism and adhere to performance metrics, including response time and accuracy.

Document customer interactions in a CRM system for accurate record-keeping.

Participate in continuous training to stay informed and enhance service capabilities.

Ensure regular and consistent attendance while following assigned schedules.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED

U.S. Citizenship required

Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation

At least two years of customer service experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable navigating multiple screens and systems simultaneously

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in TRICARE customer service

Call center experience, including chat messaging

Military affiliation or experience working with the military community

Work Environment

Ability to work any assigned shift within the designated hours

Overtime may be required as needed

Remote: A private, secure workspace with high-speed internet is required.

Extensive computer work, prolonged sitting, and wearing of a headset.
