Stephen Starr is set to unveil Borromini, his highly anticipated trattoria in the heart of Rittenhouse Square in late summer 2025. Housed in the historic 13,000-square-foot Alison Building at 1805 Walnut Street, Borromini promises to be a landmark dining destination, featuring a menu crafted by acclaimed New York chef Mark Ladner and Executive Chef Julian Baker. The team is seeking Maitre'd candidates who are passionate about service and hospitality leadership. The ideal candidate has experience running the door of a high-volume restaurant and is well-versed in managing reservation system(s).
