The specialist will work closely with manufacturers, suppliers, and technology companies to optimize their operations, enhance efficiency, and streamline global supply chains. The position requires a deep understanding of industry-specific needs, including time-critical shipping, advanced technology integration, and regulatory compliance. **Role & Responsibilities:** + Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth in the automotive and high-tech sectors, focusing on key accounts and high-value opportunities. + Provide tailored supply chain solutions, including freight forwarding, inventory management, and technology-enabled logistics, to meet the unique demands of the automotive and high-tech industries. + Build and maintain strategic partnerships with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), Tier 1 suppliers, and technology companies to drive mutual growth. + Ensure compliance with global trade regulations and address industry-specific challenges, such as just-in-time (JIT) delivery and high-value cargo security. + Introduce and implement UPS technology solutions, such as visibility tools, automation, and predictive analytics, to optimize supply chain performance. + Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market demands to proactively address client needs and maintain a competitive edge. **Responsibilities:** + Conducts regular sales calls and visits to automotive manufacturers, suppliers, and technology companies. + Identifies opportunities, qualifies leads, and develops strategies to secure new business. + Prepares customized presentations and action plans based on in-depth analysis of client requirements. + Manages account setups, ensuring smooth onboarding and implementation of UPS services. + Collaborates with internal teams to resolve client concerns, enhance service delivery, and strengthen partnerships. + Represents UPS at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and build networks. **Preferred Qualifications:** + In-depth knowledge of the automotive or high-tech industries, including supply chain requirements, emerging trends, and key players. + Experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in logistics, supply chain management, or international trade. + Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and deliver innovative solutions to industry challenges. + Strong analytical skills to assess supply chain operations and recommend data-driven improvements. + Excellent communication skills in English (Korean proficiency is a plus) to effectively engage with local and global stakeholders. + Familiarity with UPS technology solutions and tools, including visibility platforms and automation systems. **Key Competencies:** + Strategic thinking and problem-solving. + Relationship-building and customer-focused approach. + Strong understanding of global trade regulations and compliance. + Proficiency in leveraging data to inform decision-making. **ประเภทพนักงาน:** ถาวร UPS มุ่งมั่นที่จะทำให้ที่ทำงานเป็นที่ที่ปราศจากการเลือกปฏิบัติ การล่วงละเมิด และการตอบโต้
