Traffic Sign Production - Shop Laborer
Location: Gibsonia, PA
Pay: $20.00–$23.00 per hour depending on experience

We’re looking for a Traffic Sign Production - Shop Laborer to oversee and contribute to the production of custom traffic signs in our Gibsonia, PA shop. This role combines hands-on craftsmanship with light team coordination to keep production running smoothly and on time.

What You’ll Do

• Operate sign-making software and equipment (Vista by Viewpoint, Flexi, Graphtec) to produce custom traffic signs and graphics.
• Prepare and assemble sign orders from start to finish — including applying reflective sheeting, cutting aluminum blanks, and finishing details.
• Assign tasks to team members and monitor workflow to meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate inventory of materials and supplies.
• Coordinate installation orders with project managers.
• Conduct daily safety meetings for your team.
• Operate forklifts and power tools (cutting, drilling, etc.) as needed.
• Keep the shop organized, safe, and clean.

What You’ll Bring

• Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation).
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel).
• Previous experience in traffic sign production preferred.
• Experience with graphic design software (Flexi) and/or plotter cutters (Graphtec) is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
