We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our last hundred yards automation initiative, focusing on developing and implementing robotic solutions for final delivery operations from delivery vehicles to customer doorsteps.
Key job responsibilities
The Senior Product Manager for Last Mile Robotics Automation will be responsible for spearheading our autonomous delivery robotics initiative, encompassing both strategic and hands-on operational duties. This role will drive product strategy by defining roadmaps, identifying market opportunities, and developing compelling business cases for robotics implementation. The position requires deep technical engagement, working alongside robotics engineers to oversee autonomous navigation systems, AI/ML integration, and safety protocols. The product manager will build and maintain crucial relationships across multiple stakeholders, including operations teams, urban planning authorities, technology vendors, and property managers, ensuring smooth deployment and adoption of robotic solutions. They will lead agile development processes, establish and track key performance metrics, and manage comprehensive pilot programs from conception to full-scale deployment. Success in this role demands a balanced combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and exceptional stakeholder management skills to effectively revolutionize our last hundred yards delivery operations through cutting-edge robotics solutions. These robots are designed to navigate various terrains, including sidewalks, building entrances, and residential complexes, while adhering to local safety regulations and maintaining secure delivery protocols. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
