Job Description

We are looking for an innovative and analytics-focused Social Media Manager to shape and elevate the digital presence of our client’s brand across all major social platforms. This position is perfect for someone passionate about wellness, neuroscience, and impactful digital storytelling, with a mission to boost brand recognition, foster engagement, and nurture a vibrant community of health-minded individuals.

**This role is Hybrid with 1-3 days per week in the office in Los Angeles, CA

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a holistic social media plan covering Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and new digital channels.
• Produce and source engaging content—such as posts, stories, reels, videos, and infographics—that educates and excites audiences about brain health and the brand’s unique offerings.
• Partner with influencers, healthcare experts, and brand advocates to expand the brand’s reach and credibility.
• Track and incorporate the latest trends in wellness, neuroscience, and nootropics to ensure content remains timely and appealing.
• Oversee the social media calendar, maintaining a unified brand tone and visual style across all platforms.
• Evaluate campaign results and refine strategies using data-driven insights to maximize performance.
• Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and tags promptly and authentically.
• Work closely with product and scientific teams to transform complex research into accessible and captivating content.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing social media, ideally within the wellness, supplements, or health technology sectors.
• Deep knowledge of social media channels, platform algorithms, and industry best practices.
• Exceptional writing and visual communication abilities.
• Prior work with dietary supplements or nutrition brands is advantageous.
• Familiarity with DSHEA and FTC regulations is considered a plus.
• Proficient in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, or Later.
• Genuine interest in neuroscience, cognitive wellness, or biohacking is highly valued.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with paid social advertising and influencer partnerships is a bonus.

Compensation: $90,000-110,000 plus full benefits!
