Taphouse Unchained is fast, loud, and unapologetically fun. We're not your average bar, and we're not looking for your average bartender or server.

You might be behind the bar one shift, working the floor the next, or doing both on the same night. We're looking for someone who can move with confidence, read the room, and deliver solid service with zero fluff.

Job Basics:

• Location: Coeur d'Alene, Idaho
• Schedule: Part-time or full-time; evening and weekend availability required
• Experience: Prior serving and bartending experience strongly preferred
• Physical Requirements: Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25 lbs

In This Role, You Will:

• Serve food and drinks quickly, accurately, and with a Guest-first mindset
• Mix and pour beer, cocktails, and specialty drinks with consistency and care
• Manage tabs, check IDs, and handle payments responsibly
• Share menu knowledge and offer solid recommendations when needed
• Keep your section or bar top clean, stocked, and ready
• Communicate with the kitchen and support crew to keep things running smooth

• Can run drinks and tables without dropping the ball
• Reads a room and knows when to lean in—or back off
