Job Summary
Candidate will be subject matter expertise in plant systems to include, but not limited to the following systems: (1) Utilities, (2) Steam Turbine Generators, (3) Gas Turbine Generators, (4) Boilers, (5) Liquified Natural Gas Specific Systems, (6) Natural Gas Systems, (7) Chemical System, etc. The person must be able to read and interpret control narratives, process flow diagrams, electrical one-lines, process flow diagrams, OEM information to generate operational and maintenance job task books. In addition, they must be able to successfully complete in-the-field just-in-time training, as well as complete operations and maintenance assessments of plant personnel across wide range of activities in both disciplines.
Qualifications
Technical Trainer, Developer within Oil & Gas, Power Generation Experience – 5 years or more in the respective field or fields
At least 5 years in a training environment teaching technical content to adult learners – operators, mechanics, electricians, & Instrumentation & Control Technicians.
Be able to travel, work independently, and remotely.
Be able to work as a consultant with client and be able to work in a team environment – both in person, and remotely.
Be able to drive a motor vehicle
Be able to work in construction environment and office setting.
Be able to communicate and be able demonstrate soft skills in a business environment.
