Job Description
Key Responsibilities: design, develop, and deploy data integration, quality, and cleansing solutions, ensuring seamless data flow between systems, and they are responsible for maintaining and supporting business rules and processes.
- Minimum 6-8 yrs of BODS experience
- Experience is extracting data from different sources SAP BW, HANA, Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server
- At least 2 full life cycle implementation experience
- Experience with SAP Data Services 4.X version
- Data Integration:
- Design and develop data integration solutions using BODS to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources (SAP and non-SAP systems) into target systems.
- Create and maintain ETL jobs and workflows to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Data Quality:
- Implement data quality rules and processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Develop and maintain data cleansing and standardization processes.
- Data Management:
- Manage and maintain data sources, transformations, and other objects within the BODS environment.
- Utilize BODS's central repository for metadata management.
- Technical Expertise:
- Possess a strong understanding of data warehousing principles and best practices, such as Star-Schema design and Change Data Capture.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BODS and data integration processes.
- Business Requirements:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data integration and data quality requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions using BODS.
- Support and Maintenance:
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for BODS projects and solutions.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of BODS jobs and workflows
