Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Weâre looking for a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help accelerate our outbound prospecting efforts. This role is ideal for someone with a hunter mentality, prior SDR experience, and a strong grasp of modern outbound tools and techniquesâincluding cold outreach automation, LinkedIn prospecting, and data enrichment.
Youâll work closely with our internal team to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads. While this is not a client-facing role at the outset, excellent written communication and attention to detail are essential.
Prospect new leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other channels, with a focus on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) targeting.
Build and manage automated outbound campaigns using cold email tools (e.g., Instantly, Apollo, Woodpecker, Mailshake).
Enrich and clean contact data in spreadsheets (Google Sheets) for campaign readiness and CRM hand-off.
Use low-code tools (e.g., Zapier, Clay, Airtable) to streamline or automate parts of the outbound workflow (a plus, not required).
Monitor campaign performance and iterate on messaging or targeting as needed.
Stay aligned with the broader go-to-market strategy and provide feedback from market interactions.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and campaign results.
2+ years of SDR or outbound sales experience âmust be hands-on with cold outreach (email & LinkedIn).
Familiarity with email sequencing tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator .
Comfort working in and cleaning Google Sheets / Excel (data validation, filtering, merging, etc.).
Strong written English and attention to tone and detail in outbound messaging.
Highly self-motivated, organized, and driven by performance metrics.
Basic understanding of ICP , lead segmentation, and B2B prospecting strategies.
Bonus: Exposure to low-code automation tools (Zapier, Clay, etc.).
Experience working remotely in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Understanding of B2B SaaS, services, or consulting models .
Ability to provide insights from prospecting efforts to improve targeting or outreach strategy.
