Compensation
This position is 100% commission-based. You will operate as an independent contractor, and your income is directly tied to your individual performance with no earning ceiling.
Position Overview
As a Client Success Manager, you’ll meet virtually with individuals who’ve requested information about available protection plans. Your role is to educate, guide, and assist them with completing their applications.

Key Duties
Conduct one-on-one virtual sessions with clients
Educate members on program eligibility and details
Assist with application completion and policy submission
Record all client activity in CRM
Join optional team calls for mentorship and updates
