Job Description We are seeking a personable and organized Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a critical role in ensuring a positive and professional atmosphere at our office. Your primary responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, greeting guests, and providing administrative support to various departments. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel or departments.
• Manage the reception area, keeping it neat and organized.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation.

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• A friendly and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
