Responsibilities: • Complete M and M University • Attend real estate training • Organize and build your database • Communicate with your database • Intern with teams or agents when possible • Complete courses and licensing to start earning commission income • Learn sales talk and scripts • Complete designated non-agent-allowed activities • Misc. activities as needed • Complete required outbound research calls Learn, familiarize, and utilize M and M Commercial benefits: • Costar access (Commercial MLS) • Brokerage Database: Salesforce  • Proprietary Database: MNET • Lexis Nexis (Analytics software) • Constant Contact (Marketing) • Marcus and Millichap University Education and Certification • 5-month program with a 90-day accountability follow-up plan • The most effective commercial real estate training in the country Qualifications: • Sales experience • 18 years of age or older • High School education, college preferred • Willingness and commitment to obtaining a real estate license • Passing real estate school and M and M University • Desire to earn income in a high-pay commission industry • Driven • High Capacity • Coachable • Committed • Effective Communicators • Motivated • Urgent Mindset • Commission opportunity Real Estate license is not required to start.
