Description

We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. This role will focus on providing excellent customer service and back-end support.
Download and review insurance forms and policies from carriers.

Process new applications, policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.

Handle non-payment issues, including reinstatements and cancellations.

Answer inbound calls and assist clients with their personal lines insurance inquiries.

Provide information on policy coverage, billing, and payment options.

Handle customer requests for quotes, certificates, and proof of insurance.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the agency management system.

Generate reports and ensure documentation is properly filed and accessible.

Follow up on pending tasks, endorsements, and claims.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.

Assist with account reviews to ensure clients' coverage aligns with their needs.

Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

440 or 220 insurance license.

In-office role in North Tampa / Trinity area.
