A leading commercial printer in the Berne, Indiana area is growing and looking for Offset Print Operators for their bindery. They print calendars, catalogs and other publications, periodicals, and marketing materials for non-profit and religious organizations as well as other products. The company needs a 1 st shift (7-3PM) operator. Schedules will be five-day/40-hour work weeks with opportunity for overtime. The company is offering $30-40 per hour plus a shift differential for both 2 nd and 3 rd shifts DOE. A comprehensive benefits package and generous PTO and Holiday pay are offered by the company. Relocation Assistance is available. Applicants MUST have at least one year of offset press experience on a Goss Sunday Press 2000 or 4000 Or Heidelberg M600.
The Press Operator will operate the printing press and perform basic maintenance and upkeep. Production performance is reviewed regularly by management and is the basis for pay scales, interim bonuses, and overall success in the company
