Job Description

Industry: Insurance
Location: Malta
Basis: Full time
Remuneration: Salary + Benefits

Main Duties:

Processing motor claims, collating detailed information and required documentation
Monitoring the progress of a claim and providing feedback to the customer
Processing surveys and bills related to the claims
Liaise with the team to determine liability and negotiate the terms of a claim
Adhere to legal requirements, industry regulations and customer quality standards set by the company

What skills do you need?

Have an advanced level of education
Previous experience within the local insurance industry and knowledge of the automotive sector
Possess a sense of responsibility, accountability, and ownership
Display excellent customer service skills
Be capable of communicating effectively in both English and Maltese

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
