Job Description

Marketing Specialist [4125]

Nonprofit community music school seeks a temporary, part-time Marketing Specialist to support programs by developing marketing initiatives and strategies for approximately 20-25 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage paid advertising on Google and social media sites.
  • Develop digital content such as flyers, blog posts, advertisements, and press releases for classes and community events.
  • Review monthly analytics and regularly track KPI, web traffic, and ROI metrics.
  • Maintain donor database and develop email series for new subscribers.
  • Track enrollment leads and student inquiries using CRM and project management tools.
  • Request and manage online reviews.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exemplary attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Willingness to collaborate and work in a team environment.
  • Strong computer and software skills and proficiency in Mailchimp, Bloomerang, Zapier, Constant Contact, and other marketing tools.
  • Understanding of SEO and paid social advertising.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in digital marketing or CRM management.


Rate:
$20 per hour.
