Five Seasons Landscape Management Inc. is one of the most respected and trusted commercial landscape maintenance and enhancement companies in the Columbus market. We are seeking an Irrigation Supervisor at our Reynoldsburg location to coach and mentor irrigation technicians while providing hands on irrigation service and install to our clients. The Irrigation Supervisor will spend 70% of their time in the field helping to problem solve system issues, installing new systems/controllers, and coaching fellow team members. The remaining time will be spent on administrative duties and materials ordering. The goal of this role is to help grow the Irrigation Department revenue, expand our client base, and this role promoted into a full management position. This role will be involved in Snow Operations during the winter months.

This Irrigation Supervisor role is base salary plus eligible for overtime pay after 40 hours.

What we are looking for in an Irrigation Supervisor…

• 8 years’ experience in irrigation service and installation (commercial preferred but not required)
• 3 years’ experience as a Crew Leader/Foreman; experience in commercial snow removal
• Driver's License and able to be insured under company insurance
• Experience with Microsoft Suite, production scheduling software, and material ordering/PO system
• Teamwork: those that can coach and support their team with respect and professionalism
