Groundskeeper

Responsibilities:

• The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the property's exterior and common areas to ensure a clean, safe, and appealing environment. 
• Key duties include landscaping, irrigation system upkeep, trash removal, and assessing the grounds for repairs and hazards. 
• The role involves inspecting amenities for safety, addressing inclement weather damage, and collaborating with maintenance staff and vendors. 
• Emphasizing safety and professionalism, the Groundskeeper supports the community's visual appeal and assists with property upkeep tasks, including snow removal and preparing vacant units for new residents.

Qualifications:

• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly.
• Basic tools required, to include personal smart phone technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Groundskeeping experience.
