Role Overview :
Working within a team of 6 GIS professionals you will support the Indiana Department of Transportation’s (INDOT) IT Department in the administration and development of ESRI GIS tools, content and systems to meet the business needs of its departments. The successful candidate will administer ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Enterprise environments, develop business driven content models, geodatabases, workflows and triggers. Opportunities to work with other GIS users within state and local government may appear, and collaboration efforts explored.

This position is located in INDOT’s Central Office, Indianapolis.
Salary :
This position traditionally starts at an annual salary of $70,122.00. Salary for this position may be commensurate with education and job experience.

You must meet the following requirement to be considered for employment:
Preferred skills and knowledge in the following areas: GIS Experience in transportation industry is a strong plus, FME workbench experience is a strong plus, GIS scripting (Python, VBScript, Arcade), Linear referencing, Spatial Analysis, Quick Capture & Survey 123.
This role may serve as a team lead for an assigned work group.
