**Job Opening: MIG** **Welder** **Location:** **Tulsa, OK** **Job Overview** We're looking for a skilled **MIG Welder** to join our team. In this role, you will lay out, fit, and weld metal components using MIG and Metal Core techniques. You'll work with stainless and structural steel in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. **Responsibilities** + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders + Cut and prepare metal parts using fabrication tools + Perform multi-pass and full penetration welds + Repair and reassemble metal components + Mark and layout weld points on steel materials **Qualifications** + 3-5 years of welding and fitting experience + Proficient in MIG, Flux Core, and Metal Core welding + Ability to read technical drawings and follow safety protocols + Experience with stainless and structural steel + Stick welding experience is a plus **Benefits** + Medical and dental insurance + Paid holidays + 401(k) with 6% company match + Supportive team environment focused on safety and growth **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
