What You'll Do:

• Manage and oversee construction projects across multiple trades

• Direct subcontractors and in-house teams to ensure smooth execution

• Create, update, and manage detailed project schedules

• Use project management software to handle administrative and execution tasks

• Maintain high standards of construction quality

• Ensure compliance with all building codes and safety regulations

• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks proactively

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management

• Experience managing industrial projects up to $10 million

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or equivalent trade experience

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Strong leadership skills managing multi-trade construction teams

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, day shifts (8 hours)

• Occasional weekends as needed
