Position: Event Coordinator Schedule: Weekends Off Salary: $800 - $1,095 per week Work Type: In-person (strictly on-site) Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a diverse range of events that align with our organizational goals and brand identity. The Event Coordinator will be at the forefront of bringing our events to life, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned and executed to perfection. Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute various types of events including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
• Develop event concepts, themes, and agendas in alignment with client objectives and budgets.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and audio-visual requirements.
• Manage event budgets, ensuring all costs are tracked and adhered to within financial limits.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and oversee all aspects of vendor management.
• Create and distribute event marketing materials, including invitations, programs, and promotional content.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools, including budgeting and scheduling.
