What You'll Do
Oversee multiple large-scale projects across various sectors, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Provide on-site leadership, motivating teams to meet milestones and deliver exceptional results.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost projections with precision.
Identify and mitigate risks, including scope creep and design changes.
Negotiate change orders and drive margin improvements.
Implement best practices, templates, and tools to enhance organizational capabilities.
Ensure quality control and compliance with codes and client requirements.
Mentor and coach project teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
Communicate effectively with executives and stakeholders, providing clear status updates.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 7+ years in project management, ideally in electrical construction.
Technical Expertise: Journeyman or Master Electrical License required; strong knowledge of construction cost management.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders.
Tools & Tech: Proficiency in MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam, and related software.
Certifications: E1 or E2 license, OSHA 10 preferred.
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.

Schedule
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM or 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (depending on job site).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $160000.00/hr.
