Job Summary

Drive culture, talent, and operational excellence! As the Director of Human Resources, you will lead strategic HR initiatives that align with Levy’s values and business goals. You will implement talent management programs, support venue leaders, and ensure compliance with employment policies—all while fostering an inclusive, engaging work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 5+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably in hospitality or sports & entertainment

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Knowledge of federal and local employment law

  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations

  • Support and guide venue managers on HR policies and procedures

  • Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives

  • Analyze workforce data to inform staffing strategies

  • Coordinate performance review and employee development programs

  • Maintain compliance with all federal and local labor laws
