Job Description - Oversee the retrofit of an existing building with new high-power cabinets and structured cabling systems - Manage evolving project scope due to ongoing client design changes Coordinate with on-site supervisors and lead a growing team (up to 24 technicians across two shifts) - Track and manage material deliveries, installation progress, and schedule adherence - Provide daily and status reports to the client (CPG) and internal leadership - Collaborate with the client to ensure alignment and timely decision-making - Maintain accurate documentation of changes in a live, operational environment - Work closely with supervisors on technician scheduling and time tracking - Ensure all work meets telecom infrastructure standards (OSP/ISP) - Shift: M-Sat 12pm-9pm We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements - 10+ years of experience in the telecom or infrastructure industry - 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager - Strong background in telecom, voice, and data cabling infrastructure - Experience with outside plant (OSP) and/or inside plant (ISP) environments - Proven ability to manage projects with general contractors (GCs) - Excellent communication, reporting, and client-facing skills Experience with GPU cabinets null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
