What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous call center experience preferred

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized

Comfortable handling a high volume of calls

Proficiency with computers and data entry

What You'll Be Doing:

Answer incoming calls from customers regarding respiratory supplies

Schedule patient appointments for respiratory care

Accurately enter new customer information into the system

Assist with product inquiries

Verify insurance coverage when needed

Location & Schedule:

Training Location: Center Line, MI (On-Site)

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Remote Terms: Once training is completed, this position transitions to a fully remote role
