Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team and contribute to ensuring that our software solutions meet the highest standards of quality. If you have a keen eye for detail, experience in Salesforce UI, and enjoy working in an Agile environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance roles, specifically with Salesforce UI, to test and validate software applications.
- Write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software functionality meets business requirements.
- Perform end-to-end system testing, ensuring integrations and processes work seamlessly.
- Collaborate with software developers and business analysts to resolve any issues that arise during testing.
- Conduct in-depth functional testing to evaluate system stability and ensure that business needs are being met.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles, contributing to test processes, procedures, and strategies.
- Be proactive in identifying potential challenges and think outside the box to find innovative solutions.
- Ensure that all testing is well-structured, comprehensive, and executed according to defined requirements.

Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with Salesforce UI expertise.
- Strong ability to write test plans and test cases with clarity and precision.
- Extensive experience in testing integrations and performing end-to-end system testing.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment and contribute to collaborative efforts.
- Ability to communicate effectively with developers and business teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
