Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is working with a Healthcare Real Estate firm that is looking for a Maintenance Technician for a Medical Office Building in Mullica Hill, NJ. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day repairs and maintenance of several properties. This is a full time direct hire position with benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Perform building maintenance tasks such as carpentry, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditions (HVAC), plumbing.
• Conduct property inspections and input to facility database. Respond to problems and concerns from tenants, visitors, and owners and respond to each in a prompt and professional manner according to company policy.
• Assist in responding to all emergency situations and perform tasks necessary for the well-being and protection of the property and occupants.

Requirements

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial maintenance.
• Valid driver's license.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently with little or no on-site supervision.
• Ability to respond to on-call issues 24/7.
• HVAC certification preferred.

- Monday - Friday

- 8am - 5PM

Pay: $50,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
