Job Description

A Tier-1 commercial real estate firm is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join their San Diego team. The  Assistant Property Manager role is crucial in supporting property management operations of a Tier-1 commercial business park located in Kearney Mesa . This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Manager with a strong commercial property management seeking a new role with a premiere, rapidly growing commercial real estate company. 

Responsibilities

• Support leasing efforts by conducting property tours and assisting with tenant applications
  
• Facilitate communication between tenants and management regarding policies and services while upholding excellent customer service practices
• Code and submit invoices daily through Avid/Yardi accounts payable system
• Track capital projects in Yardi, setting up job codes and input capital contracts for unit rollovers
• Process new vendor set ups and prepare vendor contracts and cancellations
• Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking for property operations.
• Maintain tenanant information database, including lease expirations, rent increase dates, tenant anniversaries, etc

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Property Management, with commercial, retail or industrial real estate experience preferred
• Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills and thrives in a collaborative, fun environment
• Yardi/AVID experience a plus
