Maintain standards for food quality , service, and cleanliness. Assist with scheduling, hiring, and team training. Help manage catering orders, events and deliveries. Over see inventory, ordering and cost controls. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Lead by example to post a positive, team- oriented culture.
