Job Description

Job Title: AI Engineer Company: Aaratech Inc Job Summary: Aaratech Inc is looking for an innovative AI Engineer to join our team in Texas. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models that solve real-world business problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build intelligent systems and scalable solutions that drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for production environments
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate AI solutions into applications
Preprocess, analyze, and interpret large datasets to derive insights
Optimize and fine-tune models for accuracy, performance, and scalability
Implement pipelines for training, testing, and deploying machine learning models

Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and tools

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development
Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries/frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
Experience with data processing tools (Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization
Solid understanding of algorithms, statistics, and machine learning concepts
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) for AI/ML deployment
Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision
Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, or Vertex AI)
Familiarity with big data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop)
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Strong collaboration and communication skills
