7EDU is a fast-growing global educational technology company dedicated to guiding and supporting K-12 students through various academic challenges. We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Accounting Specialist to join our core team for a temporary period of approximately 8 weeks. This role is critical for someone interested in business development and management, providing a unique opportunity to learn about our operations and sales processes.
Primary Responsibilities :
Monitor daily transactions for accuracy.
Analyze expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Assess spending habits to refine financial strategies.
Implement a budgeting system for accurate yearly forecasting.
Track costs and expenses diligently.
Update client contracts and manage invoices.
Monitor vendor payments and commissions.
Maintain records of students and classes.
Contribute to team efforts as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, finance, or related working experience
Previous customer service experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative, flexible, and innovative team player
Problem Solving
Self Driven
Must be familiar with Google Suite Apps
